The Tropical Rain Fall Environment

              

 

The ISBC is sited on a 20-acre secondary tropical rain forest bordering the Kakum National Park, 30 km West of

Cape Coast, Ghana. Its unique siting makes it convenient for our numerous visitors to have a refreshing and relaxing

experience in our very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The Center has various stingless bee species kept in both

natural and artificial hives, which a delight to experience. Various clean and convenient facilities exist to make our

visitors very comfortable. Our well-trained Tour Guides are very interesting, knowledgeable and friendly to interact

with.  The Center is open to the public especially school children to educate them about the importance of the

environment and our role in protecting the bees so that the bees can protect the natural environment.
